Patch v0.2.4 - Weapon Upgrading System

Patch Notes:

• Tons of new weapons for the early game experience- most previously known weapons are now obtained through weapon evolution.
• Skill Tree node that unlocks weapon upgrading  causing new items to drop from enemies.
• New drops can be used to refine or evolve weapons at the shop keeper who shows up on 5th rounds.
• Added a few more skill tree nodes for starting with the new items
• Polished some UI

NOTE: Difficulty and viability of weapons may be whack as it has been significantly changed this patch
