Rapid River Rumble
A game about going on a nice inner tubing ride with some buds. Made for Brackey's Game Jam. The theme of the jam was "Nothing can go wrong..." so I thought to go with an innocent activity where nothing usually goes wrong, but has the potential to go severely wrong.
Controls:
- WASD - Movement
- SPACE - Jump
Tips:
- Going forward doubles score gained
- While drowning, buddies will throw you back to your inner tube

Easy to pick up and understand even with minimal UI!
It gets a big hectic past 5000 though.

Now this is a fun game! I love the pixel art, the cute characters, sound design and simple yet fun gameplay!
The art is beautiful, and the game is fun, but I think I broke it because while diving, I gained too much speed and left everyone behind, thinking I had to reach a finish line.

Silly little fun game. Even if 'tis a bit anti-climatic that the rest of the furs aren't able to keep up, this is legitimately the best game in this Jam I've played so far, bravo!

Wow, this game is so good and fun! I really like the mechanics of trying to get into your boat again after you fall. I suggest to show the final score at the end cause it only shows the high scores. Awesome work! Congratz.

This is a pretty cool game It did seemed easy until you get to about speed 14 then you realize this is not an easy game !
Haha yea there's definitely a case to be made for picking it up a little faster. Will probably be tuning difficulty in the coming days.
